Nils van der Landen

I am a globally minded strategy consultant with a strong interest in helping organizations navigate change and turn ideas into practical results. In my current role at Rabobank, I work on strategic initiatives that bring together business and technology, including operating model design, transformation programs, and collaboration with senior stakeholders. What motivates me most is working in international and dynamic environments where I can connect people, structure complexity, and help move initiatives forward. Having lived, studied, and worked across Europe, the United States, Asia, and Africa, I feel at home in multicultural settings and enjoy learning from different perspectives. My earlier experience in Hong Kong further strengthened my enthusiasm for the region.  I am currently looking for strategy- or project management-related roles, but I am also open to broader opportunities where I can add value through problem-solving, collaboration, and execution. I do not have a specific sector focus and am excited to explore different industries and challenges.
