In anticipation of its 10th annual Employer Brand Awards, Randstad Hong Kong today announced the top 20 most attractive employers in Hong Kong SAR.
The annual Randstad Employer Brand Research is an independent study commissioned by Randstad and conducted by Kantar TNS. This year, more than 3,000 locally based employees and job seekers were surveyed in Hong Kong SAR in January 2022. The study measures brand awareness and brand attractiveness of commercial companies, and respondents are required to rate the organisations on 10 employee value proposition drivers such as ‘attractive salary and benefits’, ‘work-life balance’ and ‘career progression opportunities’.
The winners of the Randstad Hong Kong 2022 Employer Brand Awards will be announced at a later date.

New to the list of top 20 most attractive employers are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bloomberg, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, New World Development and Swire Coca-Cola. The commercial companies that dropped out of the top 20 list are Cushman and Wakefield, UBS, MTR, Accenture, Henderson Land Development and Deutsche Bank.
In 2019, CLP Power Hong Kong was inducted into Randstad’s global Hall of Fame in 2019 after winning ‘Most Attractive Employer’ in Hong Kong SAR thrice in five years. The Hall of Fame is the highest and most prestigious accolade handed out in the Randstad Employer Brand Award, reserved only for employers who have won the awards three times in five years. After being in the Hall of Fame for two years, 2021 marks CLP Power Hong Kong’s return to the ranking of the Most Attractive Employer in Hong Kong SAR.
