Dutch Government Survey about their offered services

Author: Dutch Chamber of Commerce

Do you live, work or study outside the Netherlands?

Take our survey into services provided by the Dutch government

The Dutch government wants to further improve the provision of services to customers abroad. Your experiences and your opinions play a vital role in helping to achieve this goal. Now, as the world deals with the coronavirus pandemic, it is more important than ever that the Dutch government supports service users – at home and abroad – in any way it can.

Together, we’re working on one central point of contact, netherlandsworldwide.nl, which will provide all the relevant information in one place, so you can easily manage all your dealings with the authorities.

The website will provide information about all the government products and services customers abroad may require. From DigiD to driving licences, and from old age pensions (AOW) to ballot papers. In 2020 and 2021, we will be adding information on more and more government products and services. The 24/7 BZ Contact Centre is also available to answer your questions and refer you to the right authorities and channels.

The first survey of Dutch government services, conducted in 2018, gave us valuable insights into how those services could be improved, which led to changes being made. This month (June 2020) the independent consulting and research agency Kantar Public will be launching a new survey on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Questions will focus on customers’ experiences of information from and communication with the government about the services you use. The findings will be used to help the website meet your needs and requirements.

We hope you will participate in the survey. It will take about 15 minutes, and is available until 30 June 2020. Click HERE to start.

Thank you, on behalf of all the organisations involved.
