Box of Hope

Author: Dutch Chamber of Commerce

Dear members of the Dutch Chamber,

On behalf the Box of Hope I am writing this letter. Parents with children in primary school might be familiar with this charity project as a lot of schools in Hong Kong participate each year.

Box of Hope is an annual charity project aimed at providing useful/educational gifts to underprivileged children in Hong Kong & Asia donated by Hong Kong school children and local organisations.

Children will fill 1 shoebox each with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bar of soap, a little toy and educational stuff (for example, pens, a notebook, etc) On a fixed date we will collect all the boxes at the schools. We will check the boxes on our location and then ship them to other countries or bring the boxes to local charity organisations.

For our project we are always looking for sponsors. This can be through a money donation, toothpaste, toothbrushes or little toys. But if your company is able to organize a truck and driver for a day (or more) then this would also make a big difference for us. The truck and driver will be needed between the 10th and the 20th of November 2018. The driver need to collect the boxes from the schools and bring them to our location in the exchange square.
