Please introduce yourself and your role at SK Monde.
I am Kai, and I lead the technical development of Kagea AI at SK Monde. My role is to bring our AI vision to life for clients like the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

What can Kagea do for a visitor on the Dutch Chamber's website?
Kagea is a community AI agent that helps you answer your community members' questions 24/7. Visitors can access Kagea by going to the Dutch Chamber website and clicking the chat widget at the bottom. You can ask questions like “What events are coming up?”, “How do I become a member of the Chamber?”, or “What support is there for setting up a business in Hong Kong?”. Kagea provides immediate, accurate answers drawn directly from the Chamber's own website and knowledge, engaging visitors the moment they have a question.

Beyond helping visitors, how does Kagea support our internal team?
You can think of Kagea as a powerful support agent. It drastically reduces the team's workload by instantly handling common and repetitive queries, allowing staff to focus on complex tasks and more high-value engagement. A key additional benefit is that it can also provide valuable insights into the most common questions and topics visitors are asking about, highlighting what information is most sought-after. This allows the Chamber of Commerce to better understand members’ needs and continuously improve its resources.

What led SK Monde to invest in AI as a core service?
We developed the first version of Kagea when we were helping a client scale their community management. We realized that small and medium-sized businesses desperately needed accessible custom AI solutions that larger providers weren't offering. This gap in the market inspired us to develop Kagea AI and offer it to our customers. AI is getting everywhere and I think every business needs to eventually invest in AI solutions to improve efficiency and create novel solutions. 

How do you ensure Kagea continues to adapt in the fast-moving AI landscape?
This is very true. AI moves so fast, as such we are committed to staying at the forefront of the latest AI developments. Our team dedicated a big amount of time researching new models, tools, and trends. We stay up to date by following up on blogs, newsletters, conferences and most importantly by hands-on experimenting with the latest developments. We only integrate advancements that offer a clear benefit to our clients, ensuring Kagea continuously becomes smarter, more capable, and more efficient.
