Professional service firms (PSF), in particular law and accountancy firms, are facing challenges rarely seen in the professions. Calls for new business models, alternative pricing, better client service, and lowered job satisfaction of professionals has led a number of firms to break free of the tradition that has gripped the professions. This briefing will look at the problems being faced by PSFs and the reliance on hourly rates and realization. The presenter will also discuss what some firms are doing to become A Firm of the Future.
