Your membership gives you access to thousands of like-minded businesspeople, through three publications.
The DutchCham Magazine is sent free of charge six times a year to all members. The magazine is placed in airport lounges, the offices of multinational companies and trade events throughout the year.
The annual Business Directory provides a complete overview of the business activities of Dutch and Dutch-related companies in Hong Kong and China.
Plus, there is the Chamber’s popular website, accessed by thousands of individual users each month.

Membership Fees

Gold

• Either an individual or a company
• Voting rights for the corporate representative
• One corporate representative & ten additional non-voting members of the same corporate entity
• One half-page in each directory
• Free company profile in the “new members” section of the DutchCham Magazine
• Free DutchCham Membership Cards for Corporate representative and all Additional Members
  

Corporate

• Either an individual or a company
• Voting rights for the corporate representative
• One corporate representative & five additional non-voting members of the same corporate entity

SME

• Either an individual or a small company with fewer than 15 employees, of a start-up in nature
• The company must be privately owned and operated in Hong Kong and should not be a representative of a larger group
• Voting rights for the corporate representative
• Enjoy a basic listing in the Business Directory, an introduction to members in the DutchCham Magazine and online representation
• Free DutchCham Membership Card
  

Associate

• Associate members enjoy a free basic listing in the Business Directory, plus an introduction in the DutchCham Magazine, but do not have voting rights

Young Professional

• A membership for individuals younger than 30 years old
• Membership is confirmed by either a copy of an identity card or passport, and upgraded to associate level after turning 30, on a pro-rata basis
• No voting rights
• A free basic listing in the Business Directory, introduction in the DutchCham Magazine
• Free DutchCham Membership Card

Overseas

• For individuals or a company not resident in Hong Kong
• No voting rights
• A free, basic listing in directory and an introduction in the DutchCham Magazine
  
  

Membership Terms

• DutchCham membership is renewed at the beginning of each financial year, defined as April 1 to March 31.
• If you wish to end your membership, please do so in writing before April 1.
• DutchCham membership runs for 12 months, with fees charged pro rata.
• Membership is open to all companies and any nationality.
• No joining fee.
• Only Gold, Corporate and SME members enjoy voting rights.
